Le programme

What your gem learns

A joyful first taste of rhythmic gymnastics, built for this age: they move, they discover, they gain confidence.

The five apparatus

Rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon: your gem meets them one at a time, through play.

Coordination & souplesse

Balance, flexibility and fine motor skills develop naturally, at their own pace.

Bouger en musique

Listening to rhythm, and expression: sport meets art from the very first steps.

Confidence & pride

The season ends with the Christmas Show, and the pride of performing for their family.

Listening & discipline

Following a routine, waiting their turn, concentrating: valuable habits, gently learned.

Team spirit

A small group where every gem is seen, encouraged and celebrated at every class.

  • 10 cours of the season with a certified coach.

  • Une keepsake medal, made for the occasion.
  • Not included — once a year: Gymnastique Québec affiliation ($36) and the uniform (t-shirt + toe shoes).

Avant de vous inscrire

My child has never done gymnastics. Is that a problem?
Not at all — our recreational groups are built for beginners. Most of our gems start with no experience whatsoever. And yes, boys are welcome.
Que comprend le tarif?
The season's classes, the Christmas Show and the costume rental, plus a keepsake medal. Added once a year: the Gymnastique Québec affiliation ($36, non-taxable) and the uniform (t-shirt + toe shoes).
Can we try a class before committing?
Write to us at admin@gemmez.com and we'll explain the trial options, depending on the spots left in the group.

You can join the waitlist: we contact you the moment a spot opens, and you get priority for the next season.
