The black academy t-shirt with black shorts or long leggings (the academy model is recommended), toe shoes (RG half-shoes) and hair in a bun. Bring a yoga mat.
What to bring?

What T-shirt sizes do you offer?
From size 5T (about ages 4-5) to 11-12T (about ages 11-13).

A mandatory annual affiliation of $36 (recreational), non-taxable, paid once a year (September to August). It covers sports insurance and federation eligibility.

What happens once registered?
First an order confirmation, then a welcome email with the registration form to complete, and finally a friendly reminder less than 24 h before the first class.
Do you have a competitive program?
Yes — from pre-competitive up through the Canadian stream (regional, provincial, national). See theCompetitive or write to us.
