Académie d’Excellence Gemmez is a business incorporated in Quebec and is committed to complying with the Charter of the French Language (Bill 101), as amended, including by Bill 96.

Language of Service
French is the official and normal language of service in Quebec. All clients have the right to communicate with us and receive services in French.

English assistance may be provided upon the client’s request for customer service purposes.

The website is offered in French. An English version is also available.

The French version is the default version and the reference version for services offered in Quebec.

Contracts and Documents
Contracts, registration forms, policies, terms of service, and all contractual documents are provided in French.

An English version is available and may be provided at the client’s express request, in accordance with applicable Quebec laws.

Communications
Official and commercial communications are issued in French.

An English version is available and may be provided upon request or when necessary to facilitate communication.

Internal Language
French is the internal working language of the business in Quebec.
