Our programs follow two pathways: Recreational (Once a week training - divided by age group) and Pre-competitive (twice a week training).
🟣 Les Améthystes - Ages 3.5–4
First encounter with rhythm, movement, and apparatus.

🔵 Les Aigue-marines - Ages 5–6
Building technical foundations with rope, hoop, and ball.
Thursdays · Westwood Junior
🔴 Les Rubies - Ages 7–8
Developing skills with hoop, ball, and ribbon.
Mondays · Forest Hill Junior & L’Orée-du-Bois
🟠 Les Ambres - Ages 9–16
Complete rhythmic gymnastics program using all five apparatus.
Tuesdays · L’Orée-du-Bois
⚪️ Les Perles - Pre-competitive pathway
Pathway for dedicated athletes seeking deeper training commitment.

STEP 3
ADD GYMNASTIQUE QUÉBEC AFFILIATION
All athletes must purchase the annual Gymnastique Québec affiliation ($35) separately from class registration.
This mandatory affiliation provides sport federation insurance coverage and is valid from September 2025 to August 2026.
* Registration is confirmed only once Gymnastique Québec affiliation is completed.
